Daphna Kaufman is Molad’s Resource Development Manager. She is a research, strategy, and communications specialist focused on the non-profit sector. She previously directed the Israel Institute for Innovative Diplomacy and served as the Reut Institute’s policy and strategy director. She has also consulted for a number of Israeli organizations in strategy and resource development. Daphna holds an MA from The George Washington University in Media and Public Affairs, where she focused on public diplomacy and on the societal impacts of evolving information and communications technologies.
