Much was going privatization of the public sector in Israel in recent decades. Indeed, education and health, two major service areas of civil expenditure is directed to the social, not the state removed her from service provision. However, in these areas we have witnessed the expansion of their pointing trend of relatively wealthy residents from the middle class to purchase services beyond those provided by the state. Thus, in education we have witnessed the increasing use of private lessons, "gray education" and houses - special schools, and health care growing reliance on the private medical service and purchasing supplemental health insurance and private....
